Ready to start chatting about your event’s vision? Click any of the Book Here buttons, Click the Contact page and fill out our inquiry form. We will reach back out within 24-48 hours and get you some information & a quote.
Booking
The quote you will receive acts as an invoice - if you’re ready to move forward just pay your retainer which is 50% of your total and you will get an event confirmed e-mail. We also offer personalization with balloons, decals, and even backdrops as an additional add-on.
Party Plan
Now that you’ve booked the BEST part of your event, let’s make it even better. Feel free to chat about how to make your event even cooler with some of our additional add-ons. We also have a great list of vendors for all your party needs!
Set Up
One week before event:
You will receive an e-mail from us to get all the details needed for delivery & set-up.
2-3 Days before event:
We will text you an ETA about 2-3 days prior to your event date.
1-2 Days before event:
For set-up please make sure you have given us access to the location where you want the castle to be installed ( Gate access, area free of debris or personal belongings, outlet information given ahead of time ).
Day of event:
Typical set up can be 30-60 minutes depending on complexity of terrain/design.
Health & Safety is our #1 concern, we make sure to sanitize before setting up & after to make sure your guests are safe! We ask that you follow the rules and help us keep you safe.
